Art, Wine and Entertainment
In celebration of the exhibit, Buried Treasures Art in African American Museums, we present an evening of awe inspiring art work, uncommon wines and electric entertainment. Connect with other Chicago-land art lovers as you enjoy live art demonstrations, spoken word performances, Afrobeat music, and tours of Buried Treasures, a coveted collection of over 50 masterpieces including works on canvas and paper, sculptures, and mixed media from many 19th and early 20th century American Artists.
Artists’ works on display include Henry O. Tanner, William Edouard Scott, Metta Warrick Fuller, Augusta Savage, William H. Johnson, Jacob Lawrence, and Elizabeth Catlett.
