Artist Charly Palmer, creator of the exhibition “Charly Palmer:The Dream Lives On” will host a Gallery Talk on the inspiration behind his artwork brought on by The March on Washington and the Civil Rights Movement of 1963 and its effect on the Civil Rights Movement of 2013.
