The WOMEN’S BOARD OF THE DUSABLE MUSEUM was founded in 1983 for the purpose of supporting and assisting the DuSable Museum of African American History with its mission of collecting and disseminating information about people of African descent. The Holiday Glitz acts as an opportunity for the Women’s Board to assist the Museum in raising funds, soliciting memberships and providing volunteer services.
