The Black Panthers: Making Sense of History
In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Party, The Black Panthers: Making Sense of History offers more than 50 historic photographic images that illustrate the history of the Black Panther Party. The exhibition explores one of the 20th century’s most controversial and inspirational organizations. The exhibition pairs rare Black Panther Party artifacts from the collection of the DuSable Museum of African American History, with signature pieces from the personal collections of Chicagoans.
